The Chef Florent POULARD

After a 7-year career in some of the finest starred restaurants (Alain CHAPEL, Guy SAVOY, Alain PASSARD, Daniel BOULUD), Chef Florent POULARD joined forces with JF TETEDOIE and Lemmy BROU (Café Terroir & La Cave Café Terroir) to open his first restaurant in Lyon, in November 2017, in the famous rue Royale.

In February 2020 he moves his restaurant to number

8 of the Place des Célestins in the 2nd district of Lyon, an emblematic address formerly occupied by Chef Christian Bourillot, 2* in the Michelin guide.

The Chef offers you a French gastronomic cuisine, both authentic and innovative, allowing the enhancement and respect of products.

His ambition? To transport you into the world of Mr. P, his gastronomy, his taste for products and travel, all in a warm and friendly setting.

His work? To look for good products, to imagine them in your plates, to cook them with respect and generosity.
